i need help with the summoning models can you help me?

I'm making a game based on avatar the legend of korra like earthbending and other elements. And i'm weak at scripts i mean I need a script that spawns the model that I inserted in this tool for example. It has to spawn the model wheere am i looking ( before my body ) and the other one which spawns model whenever i'm clicking. It has to make the model will delete after some time. Please I need help with it.
