Saving usernames to a page on my website?

Iam trying to make a certain brick in my game that if you touch it, it sends your username to my website and uploads it. The page would be like mysite.com/Touchlist and it would be just a blank page with usernames on there possibly sorted like: Name1 Name2 Name3 etc I have no idea how i would send a post request to my server though, the only thing im kinda familiar with is HTML and FTP but thats where it pretty much ends, any help is appreciated.
