Hello.
In theory,yes,this IS possible.You would most likely need to login with a PHP webpage,passing the username and password as arguments to the PHP script.
Here is the issue: Security. Unless you used the same algorithm to encrypt and decrypt the information that the user sends to the server (Such as key cryptography),the information is easily readable,reducing website security by a LOT.

I highly doubt it, you would have to make the user sign up to your website under a separate account and just have them link to their roblox account, much like this website does.
Anything's possible with programming.... Stop doubling things.

You cannot use the httpservice like this unless there is an API, but I do not know what the website is designed to do?
