I have 3 teams now. But I don't know how to make them not even for example I want to have only 1 person in 1 team and another person in 1 team and the rest are in the other team. It would be helpful if you guys help me.

You need to do some research on the ROBLOX wiki before asking for a script here. Look into a way to count the number of players vs the number of teams and do some math wiz stuff to figure out how many people belong on each team. After that transfer them. You can modify settings like how often you want to rebalance, target number, etc. Just do your homework and you can do it! :)
Thank for the motivation but I have check the roblox wiki about teams but there is not much about how to script it unequally. But on the bright side I have made the three team though.
You can also check free models, youtube, or even the SH search bar! There's no excuse!
I hate free models because mainly people will accuse me for getting fame the lazy way!
I want to be a serious worker and not take fame for free models! So i guess this question is unanswered!
