How do I make a local script work without the need to open up a tool?

Ok look, There is this tool that turns you into a ball when you jump. But in order to turn into a ball you need to open up the tool and jump. What I want is to be able to jump without having to open the tool. I want the SCRIPT to work without even opening the tool. Here is the tool: https://www.roblox.com/Sonic-06-Spin-Dash-tool-item?id=166909770 I just want this EXACT script to work without opening the tool. Do you guys have anything that can help me?

Theres a big misunderstanding that new scripters have is that you always have to put local scripts in tools in order for it to work. That is completely utterly wrong like seriously who said that, anyway you can put local scripts within:

StarterPlayer StarterPlayerScripts StarterCharacterScripts StarterGui StarterPack
