I can't seem to get that square shape with scale. I want to use scale because the game will be used on all devices. Anyone know?

What are you asking exactly? Are you trying to script a block to be a square sized block? or are you trying to make a square gui

thats the problem, i cant make it square with either. And with pixels, if i make it square with pixels, then the gui will be bigger on an iphone...
The only problem I see with trying to make a square using percentages is the aspect ratio of the monitor the player is using. If you went ahead and made a frame with the size 1, 0, 1, 0 and then read the AbsoluteSize you could see how big their screen is and use math based on that to make the square the right size
