Please don't down vote this just because I have not posted any code here, I'm extremely EXTREMELY new to this type of stuff, and have no idea, and only want help! I don't want people to think I'm just here to get a script, then copy and paste it into my game. No. I want someone who can help me with my situation and help me understand how scripting works. Okay, now onto the question. I would like to know how I can make my lights turn on during the night time, and then turn off during the day time. In addition, I would like the lights to be neon when they're on at night, and then plastic when they are off during the daytime. Please help! And please don't criticize me, I'm a noob at scripting and only want help!!

And btw I have looked to the Wiki for help, but have had no such luck. I also have looked into questions similar to mine. Scripting is just really hard to understand in my opinion, and I would like someone to simplify it and help me understand it more!
