Roblox place crashes for some Xbox users?

Hello once again, Scripting Helpers. Since the day I made my place available for Xbox users, I started receiving a lot of complaints about my place crashing every time they try to access it. I know it's a bit obscure question since here's no certain script involved in his, but what can I do to fix this? Has this happened to anyone else? If yes, what did you do in order to fix this? Does it have anything to do with scripting? If anyone knows what's happening, please leave me an answer. Sorry because there's no certain code involved in this issue, also sorry if this is not the best place to ask this question. I know this is SCRIPTING helpers but I don't really know what is causing is issue. So, thanks for reading, any answers are appreciated.
