How can i make Magic powers/skills?

If any of you have played the game "Arc of The Elements" the classes have certain magic powers such as Lightning,Fire,etc.

You could do some player bool values inside the player representing Fire, Ice, Earth, etc. And like give them certain Guis accordingly, that once they react, they initiate some particles and lighting and stuff like that.
