This might be confusing, but umm my other sound plays how the value shows to.
Now, i have a mute gui when pressed should mute the sound forever, till it's pressed for unmuting.
This is the sound that plays how the value shows to Everythin's fine here
sound = script.Parent
Frame = script.Parent.Parent.Test.Test1
Tick = Frame.Ticker
B = false
Tick.Changed:connect(function()
if Tick.Value >= 50 and B == false then
sound:Play()
B = true
end
sound.Volume = Tick.Value/50
if Tick.Value == 0 and B == true then
sound:Stop()
B = false
end
end)
Now the thing i want to do
local Battle = script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Battle
local a = script.Parent
a.MouseButton1Click:connect(function()
if Battle.Volume == 1 then
Battle.Volume = 0
else
Battle.Volume = 1
end
end)
This script should mute the sound no matter what if the value changes it or not... How can u do that ?

So you're wanting to change the sound whenever a value changes?
mute*
nooooooooooooooooooooooooo, i want to mute the sound even if the value MODIFIES the sound, because now if i mute the sound to 0 volume the value still changes it, WHAT i need is exactly when u press the mute it mutes it forever to 0 so the script doesn't function till he unmuted it again :)
