How to find lag from the client with Developer Console?

Just a quick question. I have been looking around google, etc. about lag on ROBLOX, and it seems to say that filtering enabled can cause lag. What happens in my game is after a time period, when you jump you start to lag and it just gets worse, but when you reset the lag goes away. I've tested with friends, and they get the same experience. The lag is caused by the client somehow, and I was wondering if there was a way to see what's causing the lag? Is there something inside the Developer Console? (F9)

It is very unlikely that FE causes lag, remote events and functions do. I would recommend that you enable the client side stats shift + F1 - F5

Hope this helps.

Is there anything I should be looking for specifically

F1, F2, F3 and F4 have a lot of stuff that doesn't seem to mean anything to me, but F5 has FPS, physics, render and network receive. The first 3 are green all the time, but network receive is an orange red color and just switches between the two, is that something??
