I would suggest reading up on some LUA tutorials.Inside the script (I am familiar with that tycoon script),there should be a touched event for the door.Simply change it from detecting the players name to detecting the team name,and allow people to change to that team color while there is less than 2 players in it.

Do you have a script that you are using that you could show us?
im using a pre done one by Zed_gaming, i think this might be the problem because there are a few scripts involved
