One thing I cannot seem to figure out is how advanced scripters can make their own code. I mean yes I can make my own code, but only to a certain point then I have to copy down a script I memorized from learning to do it. Can anyone explain to me how they do it? Such as making their own currency and tools without actually going and remembering a script they learned a while ago.

It's not the code you learn per se, it's the syntax and logic that follows behind it which allows you to create almost anything you can set your mind to.
Just like learning a language in real life, you don't learn entire sentences or paragraphs, you learn the grammar and vocabulary that allows you to put words together to speak without sounding like you're pre-programmed to say everything.
