Only way to do this currently would be to upload each frame of the video as a decal and then display each frame in order.

you can totally do it, upload like 1000 decals and add 2 minute audio ez pz

No it's not possible.
Decal Loop?
That's not a video, that's more of a slideshow.
You can use the HttpService to get a video and make your own API to split all the frames or something, but it's a bit advanced to do.
