I'd like to know if ROBLOX can connect assets ingame, without using httpservice, and also using it via web. I don't necessarily have any code, because I'm curious to know about this!

That is a very good question, Lem0nzzx.
I don't think you can use the web without using HTTPService as there is no other API to support web access other than HTTPService. Check the wiki though.
