My NPCs are getting stuck in different places on the map and I want to know how I can avoid that by seeing when they get stuck and then telling them to jump over the problem areas.

How can I tell if a NPC gets stuck along his route?

You do not need to tell them to jump if you are using "path finding". The official Roblox tutorial will explain how it is used as well as showing that the NPC can jump over obstacles.
