So, this is complicated, I want to make an intro for a game where a model does this certain animation, then a decal appears (as a Gui of course), how do I do that?

You would need to use camera manipulation as well as a custom intro GUI. http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Custom_loading_screen There are videos of how to do camera manipulation if you were wondering. Videos would help more than what this site would with this particular question. This question is way too broad for this site.
