Odd roblox studio error?

So i was in studio and i was messing around with animations. I tried to use the KeyframeSequenceProvider service. I get this error when trying to run my code:

01:08:58.149 - Unable to parse XML attributes. '=' not found

This error is found on line 18 of this script:

local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer

--if player.Name == "koolkid8099" then
		local handle = script.Parent.Handle
		local Weld = Instance.new("Weld")
		handle.CFrame = player.Character["Left Arm"].CFrame --* CFrame.Angles(-1,1,0)
		Weld.Part0 = player.Character["Left Arm"]
		Weld.Part1 = handle
		Weld.C0 = CFrame.new(0,-1,0)-- * CFrame.Angles(-1.5,1,0)
		Weld.Parent = Weld.Part1
		local char = player.Character
	game:GetService("UserInputService").InputBegan:connect(function(inp,proc)
		if not proc then
			if inp.KeyCode == Enum.KeyCode.L then
				print("LLLL")
				-- game:GetService("KeyframeSequenceProvider"):GetKeyframeSequence("https://www.roblox.com/asset?id=310875869")
				local anim =  Instance.new("Animation")
				local sequ = game:GetService("KeyframeSequenceProvider"):GetKeyframeSequence("rbxassetid://310875869")
				local seq = game:GetService("KeyframeSequenceProvider"):RegisterActiveKeyframeSequence(sequ)
				anim.AnimationId = seq

				local track = player.Character.Humanoid:LoadAnimation(anim)
				track:Play()
			end
		end
	end)
--end

Any Ideas ?

theres a double space in local anim = make it just 1 space and see if that works
