I have NO IDEA about what this originally was.

I know encryption, but in short you need a key. I dont know where this is from so therw is no awnser. You need to know some of wthe original infomation to decode.

Wait nvm, I lost it... It used to be a one-line code, but I accidentally must've deleted it, and it took me a lot of time to fix up, so I think that I might just delete this post unless someone thinks they can do it with the one-line code
