Hello, I've been trying forever to make this happen, but I cannot grasp the concept of animating the character by using welds. This topic really confuses me, and I've tried doing it before, but I would get a result like my arm stuck in my face and it doesn't move. Help would be very, very appreciated. Please do not downvote this as I've tried every single method I could think of. Thanks.

Try using Motor6's instead of Welds. Welds were not made for animation(movement). Welds are a stiff feature to keep things together. Motor6 is like a movable weld.

you dont necessarily make an animation with welds more or less, but often you would use the animator plugin and create an animation, then upload that animation, and then make sure that you simply change the Instance of the object from weld to Motor6D.

You could either get TurboFusion's TweenJoint function, make your own TweenJoint function, or just move the welds frame by frame. If you are just starting, I'd go with moving the welds frame by frame.
