Instance.new Frame not showing why?

They are inserting it just doesnt show the Frame in the playing screen..

GUI = Instance.new("ScreenGui")
GUI.Parent = game.StarterGui
GUI.Name = "GUITEST"
GUI = true

Frame = Instance.new("Frame")
Frame.Parent = game.StarterGui.GUITEST
Frame.Name = "Holder"
Frame.Visible = true
Frame.BackgroundColor3 = ("255, 255, 255")
Frame.BorderColor3 = Vector3.new("27, 42, 53")
Frame.Size = {0,100},{0,100}
Frame.Position = {0,100},{0,100}
Frame.Transparency = 0

Put it into playerGui

Maybe do Instance.new("Frame", GUI), and remove the 7th line

local plr = game.Players.LocalPlayer --Make sure this is a local script on the client side.(In StarterGui)

local GUI = Instance.new("ScreenGui",plr.PlayerGui)--put's it in the Player's Gui
GUI.Name = "GUITEST"

local Frame = Instance.new("Frame",GUI) --puts the Frame in the GUI
Frame.Name = "Holder"
Frame.BackgroundColor3 = Color3.new(1, 1, 1) --You have to use Color2.new when changing color and the values must be divided by 255.
Frame.BorderColor3 = Color3.new(27/255, 42/255, 53/255)
Frame.Size = {0,100},{0,100}
Frame.Position = {0,100},{0,100}

The problems with the original script;

You put the gui inside the StarterGui instead of the PlayerGui so it wouldn't show up until death and it would clone itself every time you revived creating unimaginable lag.

changing a color3 you have to use Color3.new and the values must be divided by 255.

I just made adjustments to make it simpler.

Hope this helps!
