I am abit lost on how exactly I would do such an action, I can understand the lua code, but I do not know the php api as much as I do with lua.
And I have been searching online for the past two hours to find the solution.

have you got a link for the chat api as in the php who is receaving the data.
If you don't know how to do this, you probably don't need to do this. Explain, specifically, what you are trying to accomplish in your question. If your question is "Teach me PHP", I will close this.
@blue that logic is like dont learn what you dont need to learn. I have a link to my website, i just simply do not know how to handle it on the server end of the site.
