How to Make A Fnaf Like Game That Saves the Night and Has a "Start Game" in the Beginning?

I am looking for some answers that once a player play the game, it will have like the game called "Animatronics Awakened" where there is a start game button and some credits. I am not copying the game but I am trying to make a game style fnaf. I also want my player not to jump. Once in first person, I can move my mouse in different directions. I am bit new to scripting, so if you guys don't want to help me. You guys could just help me in this scripting.
