On line 5 you spelled TextLabel wrong. You put script.Parent.Parent.TexLabel instead of script.Parent.Parent.TextLabel. Meaning your code block should look like this,

intValue = script.Parent.Parent.TextLabel.Integer

script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:connect(function()
    intValue.Value = intValue.Value + 1
    script.Parent.Parent.TextLabel.Text = "Number: "..intValue.Value--fixed typo
end)
