Is there any way to disable the camera drag on the right mouse button click? I'd like to be able to drag the right mouse button without influencing the camera.

You could either modify roblox camera control scripts, which get created under Player.PlayerScripts(or some similar container) or have a transparent GUI cover whole screen and set it to active. Second method might disable mouse click events too, so that could be problematic.
