I am aware that game.StarterGui:SetCoreGuiEnabled("All",false) will remove the majority of detault GUIs, but it still leaves the list of players and the home button behind, along with the horizontal bar at the top of the screen. How do I get rid of those? Thank you for help/suggestions.

You can't get rid of those buttons.
http://devforum.roblox.com/t/hidable-topbar/22349 You however will not be able to remove the Menu Button. This is a permanent part of the CoreGuis.
