What is an INfecTION and is there an easier way of removing it other than manually deleting everyone in explorer? Also what are Viruses and Vaccines?

You know that time you thought "Oh this is great let me try and implement this thing from this non-reputable source without trying to understand it". You just invited a virus into your place, congratulations. You can either try a defender plugin or simply not use the free model.
