PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! How do I get an old studio save? (not recent saves)

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I was building in studio and I had to delete everything o find a part underneath, and the when I pasted the build back, studio crashed and when I went back in, only a portion was there and my paste bin was reset so now I can't paste anything back, please tell me how to find an old save or something PLEASE!!

(Okay if you are going to close this for being off topic, fine then please tell me, where I can ask the question?)

Do you have autosave enabled? Also, this is a scripting forum. Not a studio forum.
