How to create a bird's eye camera?

I have just begun to work with camera scripting, and I am unaware of how I might make the camera un-rotatable. I am not asking for code, but I am looking for suggestions or possible ways to get to this final position.

More Information:

The camera needs to be a bird's eye camera that is not rotatable, but it still needs to follow the player.

Thanks for any help.

So, this is how you do it. But not in Lua, because you didn't want code.

RenderStepped >> {
	Camera.CFrame = new CFrame(PlayerCharacterPosition + new Vector3(0,10,0), PlayerCharacterPosition);
};

What does that mean for you? Every RenderStep you have to set the Camera's CFrame to above the Player (Presumably the Torso), and point it at the torso. You'll also want to set the CameraType to Enum.CameraType.Scriptable

It's not supposed to be Lua syntax because he didn't want Lua code. This doesn't have proper formatting for block code.
