I just used scripting helpers today for the 1st time in a year and the same day my account Tonitoni got taken over. It is only one of many possible sources, but still, stick out. What can I do to prevent that from happening again?

Don't give people your password
Your password sucks, or somebody is really toying with you. I'd be seriously disappointed if SH keeps plaintext anywhere.

There isn't a way for SH to compromise your account. You didn't give SH your account credentials, so there is no way we could compromise your account [even if we were trying to].
