(sorry im trying to learn to script an make my own game) I just made a gun model and named one of the parts to handle. It is weld scripted but is there something i did wrong because he flips upside down and wont move(so do i need a certain script i didnt know about)

Sounds like one of the parts in your Tool is anchored. Try unanchoring all parts in it.
Attempt to use another weld script, if you don't feel happy using another weld script, assure that your one is un-anchoring all the parts after welding them. Here is a quick weld script I just typed up: http://pastebin.com/gp5EkLhG
