So is it possible for V3rmies to use the HttpService to send users to keyloggers?

No, I don't think so. HttpService can't access things like passwords, and a keylogger would only work if you ask a player for their password. Do you mean, using HTTP to send player data to a keylogger?
No, such as getting their cookies when it sends a request to the site.
