Team Only Weapons, Team Switch Script?

I am working on a pretty cool game and need some code. I need to make team only weapons. I also would like a team switch script. I need the code along with a tutorial on how to use it. I have attempted the following for a team switch. I inserted the color in the area shown. I also did a mouse button click and breakjoints. The overall team switch, however, doesn't work.
