How would I make a script that would give a Segway when someone has said, "spawn io"?

I'm having some confusion on making a script to where if someone owns the correct gamepass, They can say, "spawn io" and a hoverboard will appear in their inventory. Contact me on roblox at SpadeSire [CONTENT DELETED]
