I've been trying many ways of trying to make the whole character into a 4 x 4 x 4 brick part,
Been trying to clone from ServerStorage and welding to the torso, and then making legs / arms / head not collidable. But it doesn't go very well. What's the most efficient way of doing it ? Welding .. ?
Cloning a Model into the Character and then destroying the character itself?
Any tips?

is a property like any other.
Therefore if the Part is properly prepared, with a Humanoid and such, you can just do this:
player.Character = workspace.Part
