Problems with my zombie game?

(THIS MAY BE COMPLICATED) I RE-EDITED THIS BECAUSE IT MADE NO SENSE.

Scene ; your player is at a table, 3 of them are sitting with you, 1 is outside and recognizes frequent amount of 'people' eating each other, after 10 seconds of the other's saying he's joking and other things, a random zombie runs up to him and breaks the glass window, and they both fall out.

Problems ; How do I fix the camera to Force 1st person, then lock my character onto a seat where he cant me (this isn't kidnapping) and when the zombies gets out, finally release the lock mode.

Another problem is how do I make a model of a zombie, THAT MOVES ANIMATION WISE. Do I take a model of someone and add a bunch of objects and C-frame or what?
