I've noticed that the group "RAT" has a promotion system that allows the game to change a user's rank. Is it possibly to change a user's rank using code without connecting to HttpsService or will you have to use it? If so, how can this be done?

You would need a VERY good knowledge in the PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Lua and VARIOUS other languages just to get the basis. Yes, groups have made this work, but they were a team of tens, maybe even hundreods of people on it. I do not recommend you attempt it.
You can also search "ROBLOX Promotion Bot Leak" into Google, there there should be some help, but I SEVERELY don't recommend it!

If you want a group promotion script, search the forums of V3rmillion. That's where I found mine. To edit it requires very little knowledge of programming.
