How do I move values/keys between tables?

How can I move values between tables if I will have them removed in the que table, and moved to the sparring table, any suggestions?

sparring = {}

function matchBegin(tab)
		tab[1].Head.Position = game.Workspace.Tele.Position + Vector3.new(0,5,0)
		tab[2].Head.Position = game.Workspace.Tele2.Position + Vector3.new(0,5,0)
		table.remove(tab,1)
		table.remove(tab,1)
		print (table.concat(tab))
end
