How to make a sliding door?

I have no idea where to begin...

Don't ask directly for code. I don't know an easy way to make them, and their is a bit of scripting involved in the ones I make, create atleast some code to show and I could help you.

A sliding door is pretty basic. You would use a function to run the script (Whatever that function may be).

You would use a CFrame on the part(s) being moved. A for loop is the most efficient way to do this. The for loop would like this.

for i = 1, 100 do
part.CFrame = part.CFrame * CFrame.new(.01, 0, 0)
end

Just putting that in a script won't work. You need to edit that, but that's an outline.
