Indeed there is.
You can check this using the SavedQualityLevel method. I'm not entirely sure how this works, but it is on the Wiki.

There is, but without an attempt, we cant help you.
@TheHospitalDev I think that's a bit harsh since this is more of a general question as opposed to others.
