Like lets says only VIP or The Killer can see the BillBoard Gui.

Is it possible to make a Bill-board Gui where only 1 person can see it? If so how?

Parent the billboard GUI to the PlayerGui (The person you want to see it.)

and then set the Adornee to whatever you want it to show on.
