How do you make a mannequin and put clothing on it?

Examples: Kestrel, Lucca Cafe, etc, usually clothing stores.

first of all this is not a scripting question as huner said but you can make one to just copy and paste yourself and go to your clones shirt and pants select them one bye one and put in the id properties of the clothes from the catalog.
