Well you would need to get a player when he re spawns then get his character then his torso then you can use a modified version of what you have there...
game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(player) player.CharacterAdded:connect(function(character) local Torso = character:WaitForChild("Torso") b = Instance.new("ParticleEmitter") b.Parent = Torso b.Texture = "http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=0" end) end)
This is scripting helpers, not scripting makers. However, in this case I will help.
--Put this in a brick.
b = Instance.new("ParticleEmitter") -- Make a new particle emitter
b.Parent = script.Parent -- Putting the ParticleEmitter into your part.
b.Texture = "http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=0" --Choose what the texture is, change this.

Also, if you want to place it in a torso, all you need to do is change the parent.
Glad you didn't just give the answer! I will also recommend looking into the
FindFirstChild()method, it is a very helpful tool especially for what the OP is trying to accomplish.
