Making this car but it doesnt turn?

I have this car that wont turn. I've got another car, much bigger than this one, that has the same problem. I have changed the torque and turn speed but still won't turn. I think there may be a problem with the wheels but many cars have thin wheels but don't have that problem. Is there any way that i can fix this up?

Stick the torque even higher
