How to make some spawns what you dont spawn at unless you tuch them ?

Set the TeamColor property of the SpawnLocation to the desired team, and that its Neutral property is false, and that AllowTeamChangeOnTouch is true.
Make sure the correspoding Team object has set the AutoAssignable property set to false so that now player joins it.
