I mean just purely script like notepad or somefin' w/ROBLOX studio but no game environment. Is it possible?

Is there a way to script on ROBLOX without the game environment being loaded?

I don't think there currently there is unless you attach it to ROBLOX studio's API and that'll take some work unless you find some type of provided application aka Sublime may work but does cost.

Is Sublime Text outdated?
SublimeText is a beautiful modern text editor, but it isn't free. There's a use-forever-but-annoyingly-prompt free trial version that I use. ($70 to make go away)
