I have a 2012R2 server that has a specific file i will call ABC.RTF. I need to move this file from that server to a share on another server. I have mapped the other servers drive and can successfully run the .bat file locally and manually. I first tried to use the .bat file in the scheduler which failed miserably. I need some help with starting the script from my office PC to accomplish this task.

psexec \server1 -u admin -p password move /Y "originating file ABC-*.RTF" "destination"

I have tried everything from using "move" "copy" running the file as a batch script works as said before but only locally.

The batch script looks like this:

move /Y "originating file ABC-*.RTF" "destination"

Running the script remote:

psexec \server1 -u admin -p password run ".bat location on remote server"

Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Any help is appreciated, Clean

Ughh... Dude, if this is any type of hack, no one will help. In fact, no one will help as this is irrelevent to ROBLOX scripting
