Posting to trello? [UNANSWERED]

Hi guys! I have this but it is not working, because I do not know how to get the "List Id" or the "Token" - any ideas on how to get these? ;) Thanks!

The ListID is your Trello List in the URL, and the APIKey is your account's APIKey.

Make sure you keep it secure, Trello does not seem to have an instant reset ApiKey button.
