What I understand of it so far, is that it goes
game.Lighting.Song1:Play()

Hi. Here's a simple, quick, and easy way.
game.Workspace.Sound:Play() --this is calling the sound that u need to put in workspace playable
Hope this helped also you need to go to the sounds properties put in the sound id an press loop if u want it I loop
##Your Problem The sound needs to be in the Workspace or in the Player. We need to move it there first before playing it.
##Here's Da Solution If you want it to start in lighting, use this to move it to Workspace:
local Song=game.Lighting.Song1 --Sets variable to the sound
Song.Parent=game.Workspace --Moves it to Worskpace
Song:Play() --Plays the sound
If you want it to be moved to the Player, you could use something like this:
local Song=game.Lighting.Song1 --Sets variable to the sound
game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(Plr )--Fires when Player joins
local NewSong=Song:clone() --Clones the sound
NewSong.Parent=Plr:WaitForChild("PlayerGui") --Sets the sounds parent to the PlayerGui
NewSong:Play() --Plays the sound
end)
So, yea, this should work now.
Anyways, if you do what I suggested, I believe it should work now. If you have any further problems/questions, please leave a comment below. Hope I helped :P

Well you have to put Song1 into Lighting in order for it to play...Or just put it in SoundService.
game.SoundService.Song1:Play() -- locates song1 and plays it.
