How would I make a mesh/brick stretch from one brick to another?

So in some guns, when you click the bullet goes wherever you click with a long yellow/white, etc. brick. How does that work? I don't want a script, but a wiki link or something I could simply search. I dont mean to make an actual gun, but just how to make a brick like that extend from one to another.

Use raycasting.

A Ray is a half-line, that is finite in one direction, but infinite in the other. It can be defined by a 3D point, where the line originates from, and a direction vector, which is the direction it goes in. The direction is similar to the lookVector of CFrame.
